Chestnut Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is hiring a full-time RN Unit Manager to oversee day-to-day nursing unit operations in an 80-bed sub-acute rehabilitation and nursing facility. The role involves supervising nursing staff, enforcing policies, mentoring nurses, reviewing resident records and care plans, addressing resident and family concerns, maintaining supplies, and ensuring high standards of resident care and compliance. The position requires a valid RN license, preferred long-term care and unit manager experience, basic computer skills, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Compensation is $90,250 to $107,250 with weekly pay, bonuses, and benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, PTO, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, and training.
