Maggie Valley Health & Rehabilitation Center is hiring an RN Unit Manager in Maggie Valley, North Carolina. The role leads and supervises nursing staff, coordinates resident care plans with an interdisciplinary team, assesses resident health, supports and trains nursing employees, and manages shift emergencies according to protocols. The position requires an active, unencumbered North Carolina Registered Nurse license; an LPN may be considered based on experience. It is a salaried/exempt role offering $34.00–$41.50 per hour, a potential $10,000 retention bonus for eligible full-time hires, health benefits, retirement and other benefits.
