THE FORUM is hiring a part-time, hospitality-focused RN Unit Supervisor to oversee nursing care and services during a shift in a senior living/long-term care setting. The role supervises residents and nursing staff, administers medications and treatments, coordinates admissions, discharges, and transfers, leads clinical huddles, supports documentation and care planning, maintains medication operations, communicates resident-condition changes, and assists with regulatory preparedness. An active California RN license, BLS CPR certification, and strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills are required; long-term care and supervisory experience and wound certification are preferred.
