Description
The Bradley Center is hiring a Utilization Review Registered Nurse to monitor adherence to the hospital’s utilization review plan, evaluate the medical necessity and appropriateness of admissions and extended stays, perform pre-certification and concurrent reviews, coordinate discharge planning, communicate with third-party payers and managed care entities, and support safe patient transitions. The role requires postsecondary nursing education, RN licensure or compact licensure, and preferably a bachelor’s degree in nursing, two or more years of progressive clinical experience, and prior psychiatric healthcare experience.
