Aviata at Santa Barbara, part of Aviata Health Group, is hiring an RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee weekend resident care and nursing staff in a skilled nursing setting. The role runs every Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and includes supervising Certified Nursing Assistants, coordinating care, managing performance, training staff, and ensuring regulatory and facility-standard compliance. Applicants need an active unrestricted RN license, an accredited nursing-school graduation, current Wound Care and CPR certifications, and at least one year of wound-care experience; skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
