The role manages a daily road construction crew responsible for upper-structure work, including setting out and installing kerbstones, gullies, street furniture, infrastructure foundations, and road construction. The position involves monitoring team performance, equipment, work quality, communicating with the site manager, allocating tasks, and maintaining quality standards. It requires at least five years of road construction experience, a Category B driving licence, and the ability to read plans and set out lines and elevations.
