The County of Mettmann is hiring a permanent Road Construction Foreman or Road Maintenance Foreman for its county-owned works department. The role supervises road and road-facility maintenance, coordinates external service tenders, supports project management and civil-engineering planning, oversees winter service, and contributes to occupational safety activities. It requires a completed Road Maintenance Foreman or Road Construction Foreman training, several years of relevant professional experience, knowledge of public procurement and occupational safety, a Category B driving license, and willingness to work on-call during winter service.
