The role operates and handles earthmoving equipment on construction sites, performing loading, grading, excavation, backfilling, material transport, machine checks, and safety compliance. It requires experience in earthworks and machinery operation, a Category C driving license, knowledge of mechanics or basic machine maintenance, and a safety-conscious, independent approach.
