The employer is hiring a full-time Road Construction Project Manager to oversee the technical, commercial, and organizational execution of road construction projects in regional and field operations. The role leads and schedules site personnel, allocates machinery and resources, controls project costs and progress, prepares reports, ensures compliance with regulations and safety requirements, and coordinates with clients, authorities, residents, and other stakeholders. Candidates need completed technical construction education, at least five years of comparable road-construction experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites. The position is based in Schwechat, Lower Austria, with flexible working and home-office options, and starts immediately.
