The client in Oudsbergen is seeking an experienced infrastructure site manager to prepare, start up, organize, and follow up construction sites while leading the team and maintaining safety, quality, and productivity. The role includes administrative support, delivery-note and quantity tracking, and coaching and managing site workers. Applicants need at least five years of infrastructure site-manager experience, fluent Dutch, a VCA certificate or five years of construction-sector experience, and a strong sense of responsibility. A permanent position may follow a successful interim period, and salary is discussed during an introductory meeting.
