PHILIPP DRESTE Bauunternehmung GmbH is hiring a Road Construction Worker / Construction Equipment Operator to work independently within a company crew on road and civil engineering projects in Frankfurt am Main and the surrounding area. The role involves operating road rollers, excavators, wheel loaders, and possibly asphalt pavers; maintaining construction equipment; and performing paving, asphalt, kerb, demolition, earthworks, drainage, and utilities work. The position offers permanent full-time employment, regular Monday-to-Friday hours, vacation, pension benefits, and development support.
