The City of Starnberg is hiring a permanent, full-time Road Construction Worker / Landscape Construction Worker (GaLa-Bau) or a career changer in road construction. The role performs road maintenance and landscaping work, including asphalt, paving, kerbing, earthworks, drainage, site security, and winter service, along with general municipal works-yard tasks. Applicants need relevant vocational training or a completed craft apprenticeship, a valid class CE driver’s license, independent and structured working style, physical resilience, teamwork skills, and willingness to work outside regular duty hours. The position offers TVöD salary group 5 compensation, public-service benefits, a Munich metropolitan area allowance, possible child allowance, travel expense support, and possible housing allocation.
