Kuehne+Nagel is hiring a Road Logistics Account Manager for its East Midlands Gateway office. The role owns customer projects, escalations, operational processes, OTIF performance, and the rollout of operational requirements, while building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. The position requires knowledge of international and domestic logistics, customer service skills, consumer product sector experience, understanding of 3PL and 4PL models, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
