Mohave County Public Works is hiring an entry-level Road Maintenance Worker in Meadview to maintain and repair county roads and property. The role involves operating light- and medium-equipment, performing pothole repair, pavement patching, shoulder maintenance, grading, sweeping, drainage and guardrail work, weed control, and snow removal, and may include heavy-equipment training and assignment. The position works four ten-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, with occasional overtime, travel, and weekend or holiday assignments. Compensation is $18.22 to $22.41 per step, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and wellness benefits.
