The Ground Network Services Agent manages daily truck operations and the flow of ground-network shipments, ensuring timely freight processing, accurate data entry, route planning, truck utilization, customer and supplier coordination, compliance, KPI performance, and timely escalation of issues. The role requires 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, basic computer skills, and fluency in English; various schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
