Randstad is recruiting a Road Worker for Groupe Nonet’s road construction projects throughout Belgium. The role involves preparing road surfaces, installing paving stones, curbs, and pipes, operating shovels, compactors, and jackhammers, assisting with earthmoving and site preparation, and following safety procedures. Applicants need at least two years of road construction experience, physical strength, teamwork, versatility, and knowledge of construction-site safety rules. The position offers a long-term contract after a temporary period, a minimum salary of €18.19 per hour, meal vouchers, travel reimbursement, a mobility allowance, weather-related bonuses, eco-vouchers, and additional rest days.
