Description
Coherent Corp. is hiring a production supervisor to lead high-volume, high-mix ROADM module manufacturing. The role oversees shift target execution, line performance, bottleneck resolution, production scheduling and delivery, manpower allocation, attendance and leave administration, material and module movement, vendor returns, audit corrective actions, and hourly/direct-labor screening. The position requires a bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, production management, or a related discipline; at least two years in a high-volume production environment with at least three years of supervisory experience; and experience with Oracle, ERP, SAP, or MRP tools, lean manufacturing, quality improvement, and Microsoft Office. It is 100% onsite.
