The role serves as the first point of contact for customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns, answers calls, records data, coordinates roadside assistance and repairs, arranges replacement mobility, guides customers through the breakdown process, and provides simple technical support. The position requires customer-oriented communication, responsibility, service orientation, self-reliance, structured work, enthusiasm for new technologies, information-technology skills, German at native-speaker level, and good English; automotive experience is an advantage.
