Description
The Roadside Assistance Technician responds to vehicle breakdowns in the Antwerp region, diagnoses and repairs mechanical or electronic problems, arranges replacement vehicles or towing when needed, records interventions, and communicates with dispatch, the assistance center, and customers. The role requires a Category B driver's license, automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge, Dutch language skills, and customer orientation; a Category C license is an advantage. Compensation is €20.84 gross per hour, with additional allowances and a temporary agency contract followed by a one-year fixed-term contract with possible permanent employment.
