Description
Benesch is hiring a Roadway and Highway Design Intern for the summer of 2026 in its Boston, Massachusetts office. The intern will contribute to highway and roadway design, traffic analysis, plan preparation, engineering design software, construction documentation, and collaborative project delivery, with mentorship from senior engineers and exposure to project sites. Applicants should be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, have an interest in transportation engineering, familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D, and a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. The stated annual compensation range is $18–$30 USD, with base salary, overtime, and bonuses included.
