The role manages project delivery teams, budgets, schedules, quality, staffing, mentorship, proposals, client relationships, and strategic positioning for major roadway opportunities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, a Kentucky Professional Engineer license, at least 10 years of highway or roadway design experience, and KYTC or local client experience. The position offers a compensation range of $125,000 to $187,000 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
