The role leads schematic, preliminary, and final design for highway and roadway projects, including construction plans, infrastructure design, project scopes, budgets, schedules, client service, staff mentoring, and project profitability. Candidates need at least eight years of progressive TxDOT highway design experience, including three years leading roadway design, a civil engineering or related bachelor’s degree, Texas PE licensure, and TxDOT precertification. The position offers hybrid work within driving distance of the office and pays $99,000 to $125,100.
