Description
HDR is hiring a Highway/Roads Engineer in Training to work with project engineers on the detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects. The role includes alignment and profile, geometrics, drainage, plan development, construction estimates, technical reports, specifications, and calculations, plus other duties as needed. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and an Engineer in Training certificate, and be proficient with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, with familiarity and demonstrated experience using highways and roads engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation, Open Roads Designer, Autodesk Infraworks, and Civil3d.
