Moffatt & Nichol is hiring a Roadway Engineer for its Richmond office to join the Transportation Group in Fall 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027. The role develops roadway, sidewalk, shoulder, drainage, and related transportation designs, plans, quantities, cost estimates, specifications, reports, and permits, while assisting with project management and coordinating with clients. The position requires a civil engineering degree, 2–5 years of engineering consulting experience, transportation roadway design experience, and software proficiency including MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
