Description
HDR is hiring a Roadway Engineering Intern to apply standard engineering techniques, learn local and state design requirements, and perform design calculations, plan production, cost estimates, and quality-control reviews under supervision. The intern will use Microstation Open Roads and AutoCAD Civil 3D, participate in mentoring and young-professional programs, and perform other duties as needed. Required qualifications include current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program, attention to detail, strong problem-solving and communication skills, basic Microsoft Office skills, and commitment to HDR’s employee-owned culture. Two years of completed coursework toward a degree with a 3.0 GPA and knowledge of relevant software are preferred.
