Description

STV is looking for an experienced Roadway Engineering Specialist to join their Transportation group in Pennsylvania. The specialist will develop and refine 3D models, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, prepare detailed drawings, conduct design reviews, contribute to project reporting, and stay updated on industry trends. The role requires expertise in MicroStation Inroads software and Bentley's OpenRoads.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
Required Previous Experiences: A minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation engineering, with a strong focus on roadway design, alignment optimization, and geometric design.
Experience with signing, pavement marking and traffic control plan development
Preferred Qualifications: A Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering is a plus
Strong proficiency in MicroStation Inroads with Bentley’s OpenRoads Designer being a plus
Traffic signal and ITS design experience is a plus
Stormwater management and Erosion and Sedimentation Control design and permitting is a plus
Professional society membership and involvement is a plus
