EXP is hiring a Roadway Equipment and Structures Engineer to join its Bridge and Structures Design team in the transportation sector. The role is split approximately 70% roadway equipment and 30% structures, with candidates able to adjust the split according to preference. Responsibilities include structural analysis and design of roadway equipment and structures, preparation of plans and specifications, quantity takeoffs and estimates, inspection projects, field surveys, engineering studies for construction and repairs, construction-phase support, and client and contractor coordination. The position is based in one of several Quebec offices and requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, professional experience in bridges and structures and roadway equipment, membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, knowledge of relevant design software, and familiarity with applicable bridge design codes and client requirements.
