Burgess & Niple is hiring a Roadway Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams through the planning, design, and delivery of highway, roadway, and active transportation projects for public agency clients, including ODOT and local agencies in Ohio. The role manages project scope, schedule, budget, risk, design quality, client relationships, and business development while mentoring emerging engineers. Candidates need a civil engineering degree, Professional Engineer registration or reciprocity, at least 8 years of related roadway design experience, and experience leading roadway design projects.
