Description
The Roadway Supervisor leads day-to-day roadway maintenance operations across ITRCC’s northern Indiana service area, coordinating crews, scheduling repairs and maintenance, allocating materials and equipment, inspecting roadways and bridges, managing traffic control and lane closures, and overseeing safety, training, records, and vendor coordination. The role reports to the Roadway Manager, requires a high school diploma or GED, Microsoft experience, and a valid operator’s license, and includes frequent outdoor work, travel, and on-call availability.
