raSmith is hiring an entry-level Roadway/Utility Construction Inspector to monitor contractor activities, verify work against contract documents, assist the Construction Manager with daily construction coordination, and submit inspection reports. The role requires an associate degree in a relevant civil or natural-resources field, ACI Concrete Field Testing Grade I certification or the ability to obtain it within one year, and 0–1 years of construction inspection experience on municipal or DOT roadway and underground utility projects.
