Gigs is hiring a Roaming Lead to own the strategy, operations, productization, provider relationships, coverage, quality, pricing, and commercial performance of its Global Roaming connectivity product. The role works with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Support, and Finance, troubleshoots escalations, and has a path toward Head of Roaming with team and P&L ownership. It requires 8–10+ years of analytical, operational, or commercial leadership experience in technology, consulting, telecom, or a fast-paced startup, with strong problem-solving, communication, and hands-on execution skills. The EU salary range is €145,000–€165,000, with regular time in a Gigs hub and occasional travel.
