Description
As a Roaster at Black Rock Coffee Bar, you'll oversee all aspects of coffee production, from roasting to packaging, ensuring high-quality output and efficient inventory management. You'll be responsible for calculating roasting requirements, performing daily roasting, conducting quality control, adjusting roasting formulas, and preparing products for distribution. Additionally, you'll maintain equipment, handle incoming shipments, and contribute to a safe and organized workspace.
