Description
Underground Coffee is hiring a full-time Roastery Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of its roastery and the end-to-end coffee production process. The role involves packing orders accurately, maintaining product quality, managing workload priorities, meeting customer delivery requirements, and supporting the wider team in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a full, clean driver’s licence, physical fitness for lifting up to 20kg, strong organisation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Previous warehouse, production, or logistics experience is preferred but not essential, while forklift certification is advantageous.
