Description
Second Nature Brands is hiring a full-time Roasting Operator for its Kar’s Nuts Products facility in Madison Heights, Michigan. The role roasts peanuts, almonds, cashews, and other nuts; monitors oil-usage roasting temperatures; maintains food safety, inventory, equipment sanitation, and GMP, Q&FS, and OSHA standards; and supports blending operations. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with overtime as needed, and the starting rate is $16 per hour. A high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and computer skills, English proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food-manufacturing environment are required; Hi-Lo truck experience is preferred but training is provided.
