Description
The Robot Operations & Reliability Engineer will own the operation and reliability of collaborative robots and, as the portfolio expands, humanoid robots across industrial deployment scenarios. The role covers robot-cell KPIs, system integration and process stabilization, root-cause analysis, data collection and visualization, spare-parts strategy, team coaching, TPM/CIP initiatives, and coordination with suppliers and development teams. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering or robotics field, more than five years of total working experience, more than two years of related experience, hands-on collaborative-robot experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluent English.
