1X is hiring a PM Operations Manager, Service to lead the PM shift of its internal Maintenance & Repair Operations organization. The role owns repair operations for complex electromechanical robotic systems, from intake and diagnostics through repair, validation, return-to-service, and feedback to engineering. It requires building scalable workflows, improving turnaround and reliability, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality, and developing repair technicians and diagnostic/service engineers. The position requires 4–6+ years of relevant technical operations experience, leadership experience in a high-reliability industry, and strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills; a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is preferred but not required. Compensation is $145,000–$175,000 plus equity, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
