The company, a group company of TeleGizistance and an early-stage Tokyo University startup, is hiring a full-time operations role to support robot operations at domestic logistics centers. The position focuses on call-based support for robots, escalations, KPI management, operational improvement, quality enhancement, and coordination of training programs, including training an overseas operations team.
