NEURA Robotics is hiring a Robot Operator to work with its humanoid and other robots in a production environment. The role involves teleoperating robots, performing real-world tasks, wearing motion-capture equipment, collecting structured training data, setting up and calibrating robots, monitoring performance, troubleshooting with service technicians, and collaborating with AI and robotics engineers. Candidates should have practical training or experience in mechanics, electrical work, automotive work, or a similar field; robotics or automation experience is helpful but not required. The role requires physical endurance, hand-eye coordination, precision, and the ability to perform repetitive teleoperation tasks, with shift work and English-speaking ability required.
