IT8 is hiring a permanent full-time Robot Programmer specializing in roller hemming processes for automotive production lines. The role involves programming and setting up roller hemming robots, optimizing hemming quality, troubleshooting geometric and surface defects, coordinating with PLCs and safety systems, documenting procedures, supporting production launches, and training plant personnel. Candidates must have extensive automotive robot programming experience, roller hemming expertise, knowledge of KUKA, FANUC, or ABB platforms, and availability for travel and shift work.
