Description
The Robot Prototype Engineering Technician collaborates with robot design engineers to build, test, repair, and improve early-stage robot prototypes. The role involves assembling and fabricating mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting failures, using diagnostic tools and engineering drawings, and proposing improvements for assembly, maintenance, and repair. Candidates should have at least two years of prototyping technician experience, electromechanical assembly and soldering skills, CAD and wiring-diagram proficiency, and experience with diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and PLCs.
