The role supports fleet uptime, product reliability, and engineering feedback by completing maintenance, documenting root causes, maintaining service records, and identifying recurring failure trends. Candidates need at least two years of experience in a hands-on technical field, electromechanical repair experience, technical-documentation skills, diagnostic-tool experience, and a valid driver’s license.
