JCB is hiring a full-time Robot Technician in San Antonio, Texas, to program, set up, optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic welding and automation equipment. The role supports production efficiency, new product introductions, quality and process control, equipment reliability, safety, documentation, and operator training. Candidates need a diploma or associate degree in a relevant technical field and 2–5 years of experience in robotic welding, automation, or robotic manufacturing; robot programming certification, heavy-fabrication welding-cell experience, Lean and continuous-improvement knowledge, and NPI experience are preferred.
