MasterMold is hiring a Robotics & Automation Technician for its Paint Department in Mauston, Wisconsin. The role supports FANUC robotic paint systems, troubleshoots automation equipment, monitors production and quality, performs preventative maintenance, and helps maintain production flow. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, communication and teamwork abilities, and a willingness to learn; robotics experience is preferred but not required because training is available.
