Description
The Production Operator will operate, maintain, and improve automated and robotic equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include following safety and quality programs, running multiple machines, adjusting parameters to reduce downtime and scrap, inspecting and documenting output, using measurement tools, supporting continuous improvement, and assisting with maintenance, trials, installations, and upgrades. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical aptitude, communication and troubleshooting skills, computer and basic math proficiency, and flexibility for 8- or 12-hour shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
