Description
Magna’s Cosma International group is hiring a Robotic Technician/Robot Programmer to set up, install, program, troubleshoot, and support single-robot and multi-robot cells for automotive manufacturing. The role requires strong Fanuc robotics expertise, including DCS, Roboguide, Karel, servo resistance welding, arc welding, material handling, robot safety, electrical and pneumatic systems, and communication protocols. Duties include developing robot templates, structuring programs, programming paths and I/O, implementing offline programming, troubleshooting, interpreting schematics, supporting continuous improvement, training colleagues, and traveling to customer sites. The position is regular/permanent, pays CAD 37–46 per hour, and requires at least five years of hands-on robot programming experience.
