Mobile Track Solutions LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Robotic Weld Operator in Elkader, Iowa to operate, set up, and monitor a large CLOOS robotic welding system with limited supervision. The role combines robotic and manual welding work, including component preparation, post-weld inspection, secondary welds, maintenance checks, troubleshooting, and support for safe, efficient production flow. Candidates should bring at least two years of welding experience, with robotic welding applications preferred, and be able to read technical documents, understand programming code, and work safely with heavy equipment and tools.
