Description
MAC Trailer is hiring a Robotic Welding Programmer to operate robotic welding equipment, load and unload steel components, start and monitor weld cycles, inspect weld quality, remove slag and spatter, verify part dimensions, perform minor machine adjustments, and follow blueprints and production schedules. The role requires physical ability to work throughout a shift, lift up to 50 pounds, and follow safety and quality standards; prior robotic welding, MIG welding, manufacturing, blueprint reading, metal fabrication, quality inspection, or overhead crane experience is preferred but not required.
