SwarmInt is hiring an experienced Robotics & UAS Software Engineer to develop and integrate software for unmanned aerial systems and robotics platforms. The role focuses on Python-based software development, ArduPilot flight controllers, machine learning for autonomy, sensor-data integration, simulation, field testing, and system troubleshooting. Candidates need a degree in computer science, machine learning, or a related field, programming experience, and strong problem-solving skills; UAS, ArduPilot, flight testing, and DoD experience are preferred. The position offers a $120,000–$220,000 salary, performance bonus, 401(k) match, health, dental, and vision insurance, clearance processing support, and sponsorship.
