Description
Rhoda AI is hiring a mid-to-senior Robotics Application Engineer to translate customer use cases into intelligent robot deployments. The role covers end-to-end customer projects, mechanical design of grippers, end-of-arm tooling, fixtures, and work cells, rapid prototyping, robot learning and data-collection strategies, AI model deployment, and customer onboarding. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree, 3–6 years of robotics or industrial systems experience, strong CAD skills, electromechanical design experience, hands-on prototyping, robotic-system debugging, and familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to robotics.
