Humanoid is hiring a Controls Engineer in Boston to own the testing, validation, observability, failure analysis, documentation, and runbook infrastructure for its humanoid robot control stack. The role includes building hardware-in-the-loop and integration test workflows, defining repeatability and accuracy metrics, expanding automated regression checks, contributing to first-time hardware bring-up, validating changes on real robots, and resolving cross-stack failures. Candidates should have substantial hands-on robotics experience, strong control theory knowledge, software engineering experience with modern C++ and Python, and experience building test automation for complex physical systems.
